How do I sign up for Chillbox Rewards?Ready to start earning Chillbox Rewards? Simply download the Chillbox Rewards app! Head over to the Apple Store or Google Play Store, depending on your phone type, and get started with the direct download. Your new Chillbox Rewards account is ready to be used immediately after registering.

What is my Chillbox Rewards ID?Your Chillbox Rewards ID is the 10-digit phone number you registered your account under when you first registered. If you need help finding this information, please reach out to us at Rewards@chillboxstores.com.

How does Chillbox Rewards work?With any qualifying purchase, you earn 20 points for every $1 spent and 10 points for every gallon of fuel purchased. You can redeem these points in the Rewards Catalog for many different rewards!

Why does the Chillbox Rewards app ask for my location information?You location information is needed to locate the Chillbox Store nearest to you and make your search quick and easy!

I do not have a smart phone. How can I sign up for Chillbox Rewards?If you are not able to download the app on your device, please visit our migration link to register for Chillbox Rewards. Please fill out the form completely and click "submit". Your new Chillbox Rewards account will be ready to use immediately after registering.

How does Chillbox Rewards use your personal information and purchase information?We do NOT share your personal or purchase information. Purchase information is used to help us better provide you with offers and information you are interested in.

Why does Chillbox Rewards ask for your birthday?Chillbox Rewards members will receive a personal coupon on their birthday!

How do I redeem a Chillbox Rewards app-only offer?App-only coupons have a specific time limit after redeeming. While at the your local Chillbox location, open your Chillbox Rewards app and click on "Rewards". From there you will see any app-only coupons available to redeem immediately. Once you redeem this coupon, a timer will start on the coupon. When you're ready to check out at the register, simply click the coupon and have the cashier scan the barcode directly from your app.

Do my Chillbox Rewards points expire?Points earned must be redeemed within one year from the month they were initially earned. You have the flexibility to redeem your points at any time within the app, with a catalog of items to choose from as well as additional fuel discounts. You can also choose to donate your points to a local partnered community cause. However, after this period, unredeemed points will expire and be deducted from your Rewards account.

How can I view the 21+ offers (tobacco & alcohol)?Rewards members who are 21+ can access the exclusive 21+ offers page (tobacco & alcohol), verify their age, and unlock the latest Chillbox Rewards tobacco and alcohol deals.

How do I redeem my points for FREE stuff?Points can be redeemed for FREE items exclusively on the Chillbox Rewards catalog section of the app. Simply click on the bottom tab labeled "Rewards" - the "Catalog" to access the full catalog of items, fuel discounts, and charitable organizations. Choose the catalog item you wish to redeem. The selected item will be saved to your account for your next visit. If you chose to donate to one of our partnered charitable organizations, the point value will be included in next months Chillbox donation to this organization - THANK YOU for donating!

Can I earn points on everything in the store?No. Certain items or services in which Chillbox Rewards points are not earned, and on which redeemed points cannot be applied. These include age restricted products but not limited to: Alcohol Tobacco Nicotine products Lottery Gift Cards Postage Shipping Services These exclusions are subject to change at Chillbox's discretion.

I purchased fuel using Chillbox Rewards, why does my discount not show on my receipt?Discounts are typically applied before you pump fuel, so the price per gallon rolls back the amount of the discount(s). Because the price rolls back, a discount does not show on the receipt.

How do I know how many points I have earned?You can check your account balance at any time by opening the app and the home page will display your available points if you are logged into your Chillbox Rewards app.

My receipt total was more than the points I received. Why?You earn points on all pre-tax sales and not the receipt total, which includes tax.

Can I give the cashier my 10-digit phone number to apply my points to my accountYes.

Besides points, are there other ways to get FREE food and discounts?From time to time Chillbox provides special rewards and offers for our Rewards members. Be sure to pen your emails and check the app dashboard so you don't miss any offers or rewards!

I have an account but didn't have the Chillbox Rewards App with me when I made my purchase. Can I still earn points?If you do not have your phone with you, please provide your 10-digit phone number to the cashier to earn points.

Do my Chillbox Rewards points expire?Yes, points will expire after one year.

How long does it take for points to be credit to my account?Points should be credited to your account promptly after a qualifying purchase is complete. However, in certain circumstances, it is possible there may be some delay for the points to appear and be available for redemption.

None of these situations apply and I still don't know why I didn't earn points. What can I do?Please email us at Rewards@chillboxstores.com

My app is frozen and won't advance to the next screen. What do I do?Try logging out of your account and then closing the Chillbox Rewards app. You can log out by clicking "Menu" - "Settings" - "Sign Out". Restart the app and begin using it as usual. If the problem persists, please email us at Rewards@chillboxstores.com

I still have my old Chillbox Rewards card, why do I need the app?Chillbox Rewards has gone 100% digital. As of September 2024, we are no longer using physical Chillbox Rewards cards. If you have been using a physical card, please migrate your account by visiting our migration link. Please fill out the form and click "submit". If you are not seeing your previous points, please email us at Rewards@chillboxstores.com with the full card number found on the back of your Chillbox Rewards card.

I have registered my account, but I am not receiving emails or push notificationsChillbox regularly offers fantastic promotions, discounts and giveaways that you won't want to miss out on! If you've finished the registration process but aren't receiving emails or notifications, make sure to check your phone settings. Ensure that the Chillbox Rewards app is set to receive notifications so you can stay updated on all the latest deals and offers!
