  • How do I sign up for Chillbox Rewards?
    Ready to start earning Chillbox Rewards? Simply download the Chillbox Rewards app! Head over to the Apple Store or Google Play Store, depending on your phone type, and get started with the direct download.
  • Do I have to login to the new app?
    No, you do not need to login to the new Chillbox Rewards app, but without doing so, you will miss out on discounts for food, snacks, and fuel.
  • I still have my old Chillbox Rewards card, why do I need the app?
    With the app, you can redeem your Chillox points for FREE items, keep track of your points and discounts, check live gas prices, and browse through current promos and giveaways.
  • How can I view the 21+ offers (tobacco & alcohol)?
    Rewards members who are 21+ can access the exclusive 21+ offers page (tobacco & alcohol), verify their age, and unlock the latest Chillbox Rewards tobacco and alcohol deals.
  • I do not have a smart phone. How can I get the app?
    If you own a tablet or iPad, you can easily download the Chillbox Rewards app directly onto your device.
  • Will I have to get a new Chillbox Rewards card?
    You can continue using your existing Chillbox Rewards card. However, please note that you may not have access to all the features available on the new Chillbox Rewards app.
  • Will my points/club progress be on the new Chillbox Rewards app?
    Yes, both will transfer over to the new Chillbox Rewards app!
  • What is the difference between Chillbox Rewards and Chillbox Pay?
    With Chillbox Pay, you will still score members-only offers and earn Chillbox points, but you can pay with your phone/card either in-store or at the pump!
  • How do I check to see if my Chillbox Rewards card is attached to my account?
    At the bottom of your receipt, you should see your name and how many points you have earned on your account. If you don't see the information, then you need to register for Chillbox Rewards.
  • Do my Chillbox Rewards points expire?
    Points earned must be redeemed within one year from the month they were initially earned. You have the flexibility to redeem your points at any time within the app, with a catalog of items to choose from as well as additional fuel discounts. You can also choose to donate your points to a local partnered community cause. However, after this period, unredeemed points will expire and be deducted from your Rewards account.
  • How do I redeem my points for FREE stuff?
    Points can be redeemed for free items exclusively on the Chillbox Rewards catalog section of the app. Simply click on the bottom tab labeled "Rewards" to access the full catalog of items, fuel discounts, and charitable organizations. Choose the catalog item you wish to redeem. The selected item will be saved to your account for your next visit. If you chose to donate to one of our partnered charitable organizations, the point value will be included in next months Chillbox donation to this organization - THANK YOU for donating!
  • My phone number as my Alt ID doesn't work
    Please be sure to include the numbers "22" before your Alt ID both in-store and at the pump. Example: 22-313-555-1111
  • How to replace a lost card?
    If you've lost your Chillbox Rewards card, please contact us to unlink from your account - rewards@chillboxstores.com. We are not available to replace physical cards at this time as the Chillbox Rewards program has gone completely digital with the new app launch. Please download the app and sign in to continue receiving your discounts!
  • I have registered my account, but I am not receiving emails or push notifications
    Chillbox regularly offers fantastic promotions, discounts and giveaways that you won't want to miss out on! If you've finished the registration process but aren't receiving emails or notifications, make sure to check your phone settings. Ensure that the Chillbox Rewards app is set to receive notifications so you can stay updated on all the latest deals and offers!
  • How do I redeem a Chillbox Rewards app-only offer?
    When you are at the register, simply input your Alt ID (22+phone number) or scan your mobile barcode, and the discount will automatically apply!
  • I bought 6 Chillbox coffees. Why didn't I receive my 7th free?
    If you didn't register for Chillbox Rewards, you picked up a Chillbox Rewards card but did not register it online or in the app, you will not get your 7th item free. Make sure you register to claim rewards! Real-time Club status can be found on the Chillbox Rewards app.
  • How do I see my Chillbox Clubs status?
    To check your Chillbox Clubs status, simply open the Chillbox Rewards app and tap on the "Rewards" tab at the bottom of the screen. From there, select "Clubs" on the following page.
  • I have not received the email to change my password. What should I do?
    Check your spam folder in your email. Still not seeing it? Email us at rewards@chillboxstores.com and we will help you out!
  • My points are not on my Chillbox Rewards account anymore. What should I do?
    If you have tried logging into your Chillbox Rewards account and none of your points have transferred over, send an email to rewards@chillboxstores.com. We will try to get this fixed as soon as possible for you!
  • I cannot login to my account on the new app! What should I do?
    Reset your password! With the new app we want to make sure your account is safe, so reset your password. If it still does not work, send a message to rewards@chillboxstores.com
