MEMBERS WHO HAVE NOT MIGRATED:

  • Close your Chillbox Rewards app completely

  • Reopen the app and click on SIGN UP at the top of the home page.

  • Verify your 10-digit phone number - It will send you an automatic code to verify the phone number

  • At the top of the next page, click on the green SIGN UP button, again.

  • On the next page, click "REGISTER"

  • Fill out the quick form & complete registration (Note: Signing in via Facebook will not migrate your account).

 

You have now migrated your Chillbox Rewards account and should able to see your points balance on the home page of the app. If you have any issues with your points not transferring, please email us at rewards@chillboxstores.com

MEMBERS WHO HAVE MIGRATED BUT NEED TO SIGN IN:

  • Close your Chillbox Rewards app completely

  • Reopen the app and click on SIGN UP at the top of the home page.

  • Verify your 10-digit phone number - It will send you an automatic code to verify the phone number

  • At the top of the next page, click on the green SIGN UP button, again.

  • On the next page, click "SIGN IN"

  • Enter your email and password - use the email & password you used when migrating your account

You have now signed into your Chillbox Rewards account and should able to see your points balance on the home page of the app. If you have any issues with the above steps and signing into your app, please email us at rewards@chillboxstores.com
